Can I place an order? Will drains be delivered?

Yes, FoodSafe Drains is working hard to maintain inventory , fill orders, and deliver them throughout North America. In some cases, due to high demand, delivery times may be longer than usual.

We are working with our customers to prioritize orders and match inventoried products to each specific project, so we can more quickly fulfill and ship products. Our teams are working to ensure availability of stock products and monitoring manufacturing capacity for customized fabrications. We are continuing to ship all available selections in our inventory.

What's the status of my order and delivery?

Once your order has shipped, you can find tracking information in your order details. If you have any immediate questions, please call 1 855-497-7508 or email your sales representative to get a status update.

Is it safe to receive orders?

What is FoodSafe Drains doing to keep customers and employees safe?

We are closely monitoring the impact of COVID-19 and following all guidelines established by the World Health Organization. In addition, all sales and engineering staff are working from their homes. We have incorporated staggered shifts for production staff, allowing for minimal contact and a safe distance to be maintained at all times in the production environment.
